Universal Works are our Midlands based brothers & sisters who are probably most notable for for their mix-match collection of cotton twill garments. These include military & workwear inspired over-shirts & jackets (the most iconic of which is undoubtedly the Bakers Jacket) & a range of trousers that stretch from their traditional chino, the Aston Pant to more contemporary versions like the Pleat & Kyoto Work Pant. Founded by David Keyte back in 2009, Universal Works has a look of its own. Their relaxed approach to the fashion industry is reflected in the cut of their garments, resulting in a comfortable range of clothing that bridges the gap between smart & casual all executed with design details that are a result of Keyte’s extensive 30 year experience working for the likes of Maharishi & Paul Smith.
