Wellgosh.com will accept orders placed via our online store or over the telephone. If for whatever reason you experience problems when ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us. Once you have placed an order online you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please make sure that all the details you have entered are valid and correct so that we can process your order quickly and efficiently.

Item availability

We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible and to make sure items are in stock. However, sometimes an item may prove to be even more popular than expected and may sell out. If an order is received for an out of stock item your card will not be charged, you will be informed of this within 24 hours, and you will be given the option to cancel the order or to have an alternative item sent.

Warranties

Wellgosh.com is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to offer a full refund* or an exchange on all website/phone orders if returned within 14 days of receipt, or 21 days in the case of international orders. Items will only be accepted in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached. All exchanges will be charged return postage at full postal rate.

* Full refund will not include any postage costs.

Wellgosh.com cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.
