The Brooks D-shaped tool bag is designed to be carried on a saddle bearing bag loops. As first featured in Brooks catalogues as far back as 1910, the toolbag consists of an outer sleeve that remains attached to the saddle and an inner bag that may be removed. The bag is attached to the sleeve via a ‘Sam Brown’ fixing, which is a leather loop attachment which fastens to prevent the contents from falling out.
