Steed Lord have got a lot of fans in-store, as around the world, so it was bad to hear they got mash up in some car crash horror,which led to them cancelling all tour dates! This was especially bad as local band Pillers of the community were supporting them at the Old Blue last, the gig still went ahead and Leicester still repped hard.

So it was good to see (care of discodust) that they didn't spend their recoup time on a morphin drip staring out a window, or maybe they did. In either case they still had time to remix - dj sam young ft. aphletik - peep this. Well worth a listen....check it

PEPSI NEX X STAR WARS BE@RBRICK 70%

Being a huge Star wars fan as well as a Be@rbrick geek, I was well interested to see the two had come together again, thanks to toy beast, this time with Pepsi as part of the Pepsi Nex Marketing campaign, admittedly this is only for the Japan market so not readily available over here. I love trinkets and these 70% be@rbricks are no exception...the R2D2 looks rad.

There's always a steady flow of star wars medicom product in Japan and I've made an effort to get what I can, thanks mainly to my mate Lee. I should be securing a few units of these so if any ones interested drop me a line at the store!

Nike Air Max Classic BW Euro 2008

Well I have to admit I had no idea what the Nike Air Max Classic we have just had in had to do with Euro 2008 when we were sent the images, that is until I started watching the games when it all became clear. As you may have noticed every Nike sponsored player is rocking a pair of dark brown boots with blue sole and white tick...they are everywhere!!!! Sneijder was rockin a pair...what a goal!!! I was backing Portugal after us not qualifying (McClaren what a C@£T!!!!!) but after last nights performance Holland might just get my support!

They are the Nike Air Legend 2FG Special Edition, which I think are one of the nicest football boots around, in a world of lux plastic, leathers, blades and bright colours these are a refreshing change with a hint of vintage footie boot design. They are available at Nike Store and Nike Town now.

Got to say the BW's are super nice to...normally I'm a bit unsure of BW's but the fit and leather on these are spot on, real understated but I'm down with it! Anyway thats the steeze on them!!! At risk of being too Nike biased I'll try and make my next post Nike un-related!

Just got a newsletter from the boys over a LaMJC with more detailed pics of the colab between Ed Banger Supremo Busy P and Nike. I ain't the biggest Air Force 1 fan but I like what Busy's done on these, if your gonna do a shoe do the whole shoe! I take it these will be available via wesoldout.com, but don't quote me on that!

NIKE ACG AUTUMN 2008 FIRST LOOK!!!

Nike ACG has always held a special place for me since I first came into contact with it back in '96. At that time ACG were responsible for some of the most iconic styles and colourways to date! After a long old time in the wilderness and only seemingly available in TK Maxx (what were they thinking?!), Nike have pulled there finger out and got shit back on track.

The Autumn/Winter 2008 Range is absolutely amazing! Some pics of the range have started hitting the hype sites, and you may have seen pics of the stunning Pendleton Pack over at Hypebeast. That is just the tip of the iceberg with a full range of Pendleton inspired products as well as some rad retro inspired lines. They'll be a full post on the wellgosh news blog in the next few days with product shots and release dates. In the mean while here's a taster of one of my favourite items from the range.....

Haven't had a delivery from Futura Laboratories for a little while now, but should be receiving this pack which all come with Be@rbricks in the next few weeks. We got the tees and lighters coming which are both poppin, there were also some vintage wash denims and a long sleeve ting, but they weren't saying a lot!
